Curing is also called curing, which is a process in which a composite film is placed in an oven (curing chamber) to crosslink the main component and curing agent of the polyurethane binder and interact with the surface of the composite substrate. The main purpose of curing is to make the main agent and curing agent fully react in a certain period of time to achieve the best composite strength; secondly, remove the low boiling residual solvent, such as ethyl acetate.

Production Line

1. Xunlan since 2005 on make and selling ESD bags and shipping mailers which enable us possess rich experience on cooperate with big famous customers, such as Huawei, Foxconn,Xinjiang, Libang Precision and so on.

2. 10000 square meter factory space including 12 ESD bags production line, 10 mailer ESD bags production line, 4 film extrusion lines, 3 composite machines ,4 printing machines.

3. More than 200 skillful and diligent works, of which 30 more workers have the working experience of 10 years,and developed more than 10 patents.

4. Our company has a production capacity of 250,000 / Pieces per day. The company has passed ISO9001, ISO14000 and ROSH certification.
